Pedro Alexandrino de Carvalho - Póvoa de Sto Adrião


Pedro Alexandrino de Carvalho, nascido em 1729, veio a falecer em 1810, após vida de intenso e variado labor artístico. Influenciado pelos mestres portugueses da primeira metade do século XVIII, concebe a sua obra dentro do estilo Barroco italiano, sobretudo no da escola romana. Contudo, a partir do último quarteldo século XVIII, os ventos de mudança que sopram por essa Europa fora influenciam a sua pintura, reflectindo a sua obra os elegantes e graciosos traços do estilo Rococó francês. Pedro Alexandrino torna-se um dos melhores representantes deste estilo, no Portugal de então.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
Portuguese Non-Mother Tongue (PLNM)
- Students attending PLNM should not acquire the Portuguese manual.
Catholic Moral and Religious Education (EMRC) - Secondary students attending the EMRC subject should only acquire the teaching units at the beginning of the school year after dialogue and appointment by their teachers.
Physical Education / Technological Education / Visual Education / Music - Students should only purchase the manuals of these subjects upon the recommendation of their teachers.


GRADUATION OF 1ST CYCLE MANUALS - According to the provisions of article 156, of Law 42/2016, of December 28 and pursuant to article 61 of Decree-Law no. 25/2017, of 03 March the manuals of the 1st cycle They are free. Therefore, they should not be purchased. Worksheets are provided by the Municipality of Odivelas, in accordance with the decision taken at the Chamber meeting of March 22, 2017.
